Definitions

The present site is maintained and managed by CONCEPTO COLLECTION S.R.L., CUI: RO17715069, No. ORC. J12/2349/2005 (legally registered), which we shall hereon call “Company”. The company manages this site in accordance with Law no. 365/07.06.2002. The natural person or legal entity who orders and purchases goods via the site www.conceptoline.com shall herein be called “Customer”. The web address which is owned by the Company (www.conceptoline.com) shall be generically called “the site www.conceptoline.com“. All the digital photos, texts, technical data, prices and the rest of the information which is found on the site shall be called hereinafter “Content”.

The whole content of the site www.conceptoline.com is property of Concepto company and is protected by Copyright Act (Law no. 8/1996). The use of any of the elements mentioned above without Company’s consent is punishable in accordance with current state legislation (administrative, civil or criminal).

Therefore, it is strictly forbidden to access the site www.conceptoline.com using copying devices and software, or to manually copy the content. Similar companies or sites are also forbidden to read and publish the content in order to draw comparisons or analyze it in any form, without having obtained a prior written agreement.

The photographs and data are used with the supplier’s consent obtained either directly or through its

legal representatives in Romania.

Personal Data and Information Security

All the personal data introduced by the buyer shall be used by the Company solely to the purpose declared within the present site.

Based on the provisions of Law no. 677/2001 “individual’s consent shall not be asked in the following cases:

a) when processing of the personal data is required for the purpose of executing a contract or a promissory agreement which includes the individual as a party.

b) when processing of the personal data is required for the purpose of fulfilling a legal obligation from the agent.”

The information in the purchase form is required in order to send and receive an order confirmation, to deliver the purchased goods, to inform customers about current promotions etc, under no circumstances shall any personal data be disclosed to a third party.

The company guarantees personal data confidentiality. This data doesn’t physically exist on the servers which run the site www.conceptoline.com, it is accessible only to the Company’s authorized personnel via its internal network. Each website user has the right to see only their own personal data introduced on the site.

The site www.conceptoline.com uses security measures in case of losing, altering or misuse of the data controlled by the Company. The Company would not take any responsibility in case of data loss due to bugs or errors occurring in the software which designed and hosts the site www.conceptoline.com.

For Visa and MasterCard payments only Secure E-Commerce (SEC) transactions shall be accepted. After checking the card in order to be included in the SEC protocol, the system will contact the cardholder bank and the buyer will authorize the transaction. The moment the bank confirms the card authenticity, the card account will be charged. Otherwise, the order is cancelled.

Please bear in mind that a fee proportional with the amount of the purchase may be applied depending on the conditions signed with your bank.

Liability Disclaimer

Concepto shall not be liable for any errors which may occur on the site and reserves its right to deny an order on the grounds of internal company policy without any prior notice. Concepto reserves the right to choose its clientele.

Disputes

Any dispute which may appear between Customers and the Company shall be resolved amicably. If the dispute is not settled amicably, it is the Romanian court of justice to resolve the conflict. Having agreed with the above Terms and Conditions, the customer fully assumes any subsequent risks.

Shipping & Return Policy

Delivery and shipping in Romania will be done by using DPD’s courier services (www.dpd.ro) and it takes maximum 48 hours after the package is ready. As per stock availability, the preparation of the item can take 1-2 working days. The shipping fee of 16.9 RON will be paid solely by the customer.

Worldwide shipping is done via foreign courier delivery services, while the shipping costs are incurred solely by the customer. The shipping period can be checked by phone or e-mail and it varies according to the delivery address. Rates differ depending on the country where the order is being delivered: 30 euros for Europe, 38 euros for the USA and 50 euros for the rest of the world. One can also choose to use the courier services they have a contract with by selecting the payment via bank transfer.

During holidays (Black Friday, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter) the delivery process may take longer as per the availability of the courier services.

Payment upon delivery is not possible for orders outside Romania.

Prices shown on the website www.conceptoline.com include VAT. Invoices issued by Concepto include shipping fees.

Before placing any orders, we recommend that you carefully check the characteristics of the product to make sure that they match your requirements. The product description page will provide you all the necessary information.

Concepto accepts product returns within 14 calendar days after delivery, provided that the items have not been worn, still have their intact labels and original packaging. If you think you might want to return the product, we kindly ask you not to use it. Refunds, excluding shipping fares, shall be done solely via bank transfer to the buyer’s personal bank account within maximum 14 days after receiving the returned products. In this situation we will need the following valid data from the Client: name, bank account and personal identification number. The shipping costs for returned goods are covered entirely by the Client.

In the unfortunate situation of receiving a different product than the one you have ordered, you can return it free of charge and the correct product shall be delivered to you without any extra charge.

These product return terms shall apply to both customers across Romania as well as customers from abroad.

How do I buy?

Browse the site, study the products and prices, and then add them to your shopping cart by clicking “Add to Cart”. You can choose the products from the SHOP or COLLECTIONS menu. The new products are displayed on the NEW ARRIVALS section of the SHOP menu.

From your shopping basket you can change the selected goods, delete products or empty the basket.

You can settle you order by pressing the “checkout” button or the basket icon from the top right corner of the page. Here you can fill in the purchase form by adding your information (surname/name, phone number, e-mail address, delivery address) and then choose a payment method. Your information is confidential and will not be made public. All fields are compulsory for registration.

If the credit card transaction is approved, the purchase amount will be immediately blocked in your card account and you will receive an e-mail with your order confirmation. Your card will be charged when we ship the order. If any item returned, personal bank account will be returned with a debit balance. Why may your card be rejected?
