• Bank transfer — via Internet Banking or paid at the bank counter

International:

• Bank transfer — the shipping cost may vary depending on the delivery country, and the customer will be informed of the cost in advance. Invoices issued by Concepto include shipping costs and VAT.

For your security, all transactions are encrypted. For more information about card payments, please read our Privacy Policy section. If the card transaction is approved, the amount will be blocked on your card immediately and you will receive an order confirmation by email. Your card will be charged when we ship your order.

If you return an item, the amount charged will be refunded to your bank account, excluding the delivery fee. If the card transaction is not approved, the order will be cancelled — please contact your bank or card issuer.
