This Privacy Policy describes how CONCEPTO COLLECTION (hereinafter referred to as “Concepto”) collects, uses and discloses your personal information when you visit, use our services or make a purchase from conceptoline.com, or communicate with us. By using the Services, you agree to the collection, use and disclosure of your information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

The controller responsible for the processing of personal data is CONCEPTO COLLECTION SRL, CUI RO17715069, Nr. ORC J12/2349/2005, with its registered office in Jud. Cluj, Mun. Cluj-Napoca, Str. How long we keep your data

Only for the period necessary for the purpose for which it was collected; afterwards, it is blocked for any potential legal liabilities and then permanently deleted.

Who we share your data with

We share data only with third parties, in accordance with legal obligations (authorities, financial entities and payment providers, fraud prevention entities), as well as with courier companies, for delivery. CONCEPTO does not sell your personal data to third parties.

We use firewalls, anti-attack systems, access control and encryption (SSL), with periodic security audits. Transactions are carried out through secure payment systems; for Visa and Mastercard, only CES transactions (Secure Electronic Commerce, 3D Secure) are accepted.
